I installed Windows Xp 3 months ago and it has been
nothing but problems. The NVidia GForce 4 Video reboot 3-
4 times when logging on. My windows 98 games lock up.
MediaPlayer plays garbled sound. I want to rebuild and
reinstall a working OS. How can I backup user
information. When I try copying Windows says the files
are in use.

Hi Tina,
Use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard to backup user settings and such,
then do a clean installation. If you place the fastwiz backup file on the
same partition, just make sure you do not format during the new
