File Explorer

I just noticed today that when I look at the file
explorer by right clicking start and then clicking
explore- the file and directory structure is lacking the
little dotted lines that show the various directory
trees. The plus and/or minus signs are there- but no
lines. The directories and files are still useable, but
it makes it a bit harder to read. Any ideas?
