I had the same problem. It was a virus. Check out some
trialware for products you like.
Clue: You should receive some sort of error log. Or you
can go into BIOS (F1 while logging in) and scan the
messages as you run the exams.
My virus came during the DSP installation - straight from
the DSP provider's website!!! It was a blaster.
