pop up, 'no disc in drive F. Then 'programme is not responding.
It may be sheer coincidence, Any one any ideasplease?

Hi,
Try boot into safe mode by pressing F8 key during boot and login as
administrator.
Go to device manager, double click the DVD/CD-Rom drives, right click on the
DVD-rom and click uninstall, click OK. Exit all windows and then reboot.
After reboot, windows should found new hardware and install the proper
drivers for the DVD-rom. Go to device manager and check to ensure it works
properly.
Hope it helps.
