HELP !!! XP SP2 Problems

I get the following error after i installed SP2 on two of my Dell Optiplex
Computers. The instruction at "0x01bb3397" referenced memory at "0x00000000"
the memory could not be "written" also The instruction at "0x018b3397"
referenced memory at "0x00000000" the memory could not be "written". This
causes the debug option to come up if you click "ok" explorer shuts down but
never restarts, I have to manually restart it. Please Help
