I have been reading the posts in this group and tried the latest posts on
10/09 and thought the response from Michael Abboud was going to correct the
problem. It did not. I can connect with Video and type messages but cannot
get audio to work. Have tried Messenger support and received 3 pages of
suggestions and still no results. When I try to connect audio I get the
soundbar by the pictures and it indicates its working but it finally times
out. Would appreciate any more suggestions. The person I am trying to talk
with is on DSL and I am on Cable. We both Have Routers & Firewalls. I am XP
Home and he is XP Pro.
