Access Denied when installing SP2

I have tried to install SP2 on my IBM PC where I am the Administrator but
after the files load, I am told that "Access Denied". I have tried this from
the SP2 disk as well.
I have tried this disabling both Norton Anti-Virus and Zone-Alarm Pro but to
no avail.
Has anyone any ideas on what I can try. I have followed the instructions
prior to installing like running an Anti-Virus , etc. but this doesn't seem
to help.
Suggestions, Please.

Try installing it in Safe Mode. Since you seem to have problems =
installing SP2, I would highly recommend backing up anything important =
to you as something can go wrong.
