I have been trying to download Windows Service Pack 2 and I keep getting the
message ""Installation failed: Access is denied". Does anyone know why this
is happening and what I can do about it? Thanks!

Hi
Please see the "Access denied" section here:
http://www.michna.com/kb/WxSP2.htm#Cannot_install_Service_Pack_2
I suggest you start out with the SubInAcl.exe tip there and see if
that solves your problem.

HI Zouly,
Check your local machine's Group Policy to make sure Windows update is
enabled. It's located under the System Key of User Configurations. Hope that
helps
