I ran into a boot problem with XP Home and can't find the
XP CD so, I decided it was a good time to upgrade this
computer to XP Pro. Because the computer wouldn't boot,
I had to install XP Pro Upgrade from DOS using
WINNTSETUP. I found this only loads XP Pro, not upgrade
XP Home.
Does anyone know how to uninstall XP Home safely?
Thanks

Hi,
There would be no uninstall, even if it were an upgrade. Simply boot the Pro
system and delete the Home system folders. If you have a boot option at
startup, then you will need to edit boot.ini and remove teh references to
the Home system.
