Pop Up Ads

Hello,

I am been bombarded by a company sending me pop up ads
every 30 minutes (these are the ones where it asks you to
write down the web address before closing) so I was
wondering if I can do anything to disable it.

Do you you have a firewall, popup stopper, virus checker and some spy
removing program. If not you should if you are on the net. Also, spam
remover program helps tremendously.
