Can't print out CD labels using Roxio

I have Roxio Easy CD Creator 7. I love the program, and it burns CD's great.
I went to label a CD, and EVERYTIME I try to print it, I get the blue screen
that shuts down windows. And the printer works, as I use it to print almost
every day. But when I try to print a CD label on Roxio, it won't print and
shuts down windows. So I tried sending the print job to my networked
computer, and still, the computer that i SENT the job from shut down. When I
rebooted it up, the other computer printed the file on a different printer,
but didn't print correctly (margins were off). But my problem -- why does
windows shut down when I try to print a Label using Roxio?

Computer Info:
Dell Inspiron 1150 Notebook
Pentium IV
Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2
40 GB , 512 RAM
Printer:
Dell Photo Printer 720

I've also downloaded a shareware version of AudioLabel .. a labeling
program. And this works good. PLEASE HELP! thanks!! -Shaun

Do you have all the updates for EMC v7?

Not sure.. but i check up on Roxio updates and there was one that fixed
windows shut down during label print. lol so i think i'll try it.. but i'll
check for that too lol thanks -Shaun
