ntfs restore

my copy of xp was installed by the manufacturer and is
fat 32, the restore to factory settings cd only works for
fat 32 and not ntfs how do i get around this, ta.

Call up the manufacture and hope he can help and if not ask to see the head
of customer service. Have you tried Partition Magic or searched for a
shareware or freeware program on such as Google.
