Open Control Panel, dbl-click on Security Center and then click on Windows
Firewall.

In Windows Firewall, click on Exceptions tab and check the Files and Printer
Sharing if issue persists disable the Firewall and check if working or not

In addition, you must set sharing on the target folders in each computer on
the network. Right click on the folder, choose Sharing and Security from the
menu, and then click on the Sharing tab. Place a check in the Share this
folder button.
