XP Upgrade Error Pop-Up

Getting error message "c:\windows\system\avgxch32.dll"
cannot be found or is missing. Not for sure what it
means, but any suggestions of how to fix. I followed the
routine through "help" & "fix", but error message keeps
coming. Thanks.

Hi,

That is an grisoft (AVG) file, and it should be in C:\Windows\system32, not
the \system folder. When does the error occur?
