XP SP2 update and Outlook SQL Digital Dashboard

We still have a digital dashboard set to open in Outlooks today page -

When a WIndows XP PC has SP2 installed it then prompts the user to login on
that same page.
Any time they close and open Outlook it's the same.

Obvious something has changed to cause this but nothing seems to fix it.
Firewall is off.

HELP!
