unable to use VPN after sp2 loaded

each time i launch VPN, i get logon failure. this happen even with the
firewall off. Is there a log to which i can determine the fault? HELP!

The default behavior of IPSec NAT traversal (NAT-T) is changed in Windows XP
Service Pack 2:
