continued..
paBear, when I click on the link you provided I get a message that says
"problem with the digital rights managment component". Actually, I did try
that link before, and that is the message I get. Any ideas? I appreciate any
help.

Do you get that message when clicking on the link or when you click on the
Upgrade button once you arrive at the site?

when I click on the Upgrade button. Then the messge pops up.

Thanks for replying Laura. What version of Media Player are you using?
What are your settings on the player you have regarding Digital Rights?
