When attempting to copy a windows address book from one computer to another
via a 3 1/4 floppy the following error message appears: "An error occurred
during the import process. The import process could not be completed." I
tried different floppies with the same outcome. The file exports and is
readable at the import stage.
?????????????????

thanks,

Hi Gene,

Try copying directly from the floppy to the hard drive, then import the file
from there.

Hi Gene,

Copy it to the directory of choice. It makes no difference for the import
procedure. Personally, I'd just copy to the desktop.
