Right click on the task bar
select properties
there is a check box for show clock
check it and hit ok

Right click an empty area on the Taskbar and select Properties from the
menu. Place a checkm mark in the Show Clock option.

It looks like you have lost your Caps Lock key too and as such can't
turn off all caps.
