Has anyone had this problem and/or does anyone know how to resolve it. When I
select the "add a printer" from the Control panel all I get is an Error
message: Operation could not be commpleted.
To begin with, I had installed an HP 1315 printer/scanner, but some thing
has happened and the printer no longer works with my PC, I think a file got
deleted (shared PC) but I tried to reinstall the printer and it gets to a
certain point, then the install program just disappears.
