win XP versus SP2 known problems.....?

Hi,

Before i continue my question I then firsk will aks if ther is any known
problem with win xp sp2 and remote help?

On a testlan i have to win xp clients - one with sp2 and one with sp1.

The one with sp2 will not respont on the link send from a friend asking for
remote help......nothing happens and I am promtet to try again. Its the same
problem sending the link from the win xp sp1 pc til the win xp sp2 machine on
my internal lan.

There is no problems with the sp1 pc accepting/activating the link from the
sp2 pc.

Whats the solution to my problem?

Have you tried disabling the internal Windows firewall, on the SP2 machine's
NIC for the LAN?
