Can't uninstalled Yahoo Internet Mail

When I go to add/delete and try to uninstall Yahoo Internet Mail, it doesn't
do anything. I've tried and tried. Can anyone help me....

How and where do I go to do that.....I'm kind of new at this so I need some
guidance
