hello,

my hotmail will not open when i click on the butterfly and

then on the e-mail icon

it sits there but will not open the xx messages

so ... i called for help

i was told to

click on home ... then type in www.hotmail.com

in the dialog box

then i can open the xx e-mail messages

but when i say delete e-mail message # yy

from trash can the program argues with the user

this behavior is aggravating to say the least

my questions are :

# 1 why will hotmail not display my xx e-mail messages ??

# 2 why does hot mail argue about emptying the trash basket ??

any clues about this windows xp behavior will be appreciated ...

yuk ... yuk ... yuk ...
