SP2 is constantly download material the greatly slows
the computer. I find that several extra programs are
running.
I think I was happier with trash I picked up on the
internet. How can I undo SP2?

Do you know what is being downloaded all the time?
There should an entry in Add/Remove Programs to uninstall SP2.
