Print problem after SP2 update

My neighbor cannot print his e-mail (Incredimail) or any web page since
installing SP2. He downloaded Firefox and still cannot print e-mail but
can print from a web page.
He then uninstalled the SP2 update and was able to print e-mail and web
page. He then reinstalled SP2. Using IE and Incredimail no e-mail or web
page printing. He did use a different SP2 source to make sure the problem
wasn't being causing by a bad download of SP2. He can print e-mail by
sending the Incredimail to Outlook Express and printing from OE.

Any help appreciated

try just removing the printer and reinstalling it.
