You must both be using 6.0 for Remote assistance to work.
If this is not the case, go to Control Panel/Admin
tools/Services and make sure it is not disabled.

Den,

I have a similar issue also. When you say "..make sure it is not disabled"
are you referring to Messenger or Remote Access Connection Manager ..or
something else? My Messenger service was disabled to stop the popups but I
was having the same problem even before I disabled it.
