619 Error after installing SP2

Curioser and curioser. After installing SP2 my dial-up connection will refuse
to connect. All the connection settings seem to be in order and I turned the
windows firewall off (I have my own different firewall) yet I still seem to
keep getting a 619 error when I try to connect. There doesn't seem to be
anything wrong with my pcmcia modem and when I then uninstalled SP2 my
connection worked fine again, but can anybody tell me why it wont connect
with SP2?

Thank you for your help! :-)

I finally sorted out the problem. Seems that my old device drivers weren't
compatible with SP2's new security measures and so forth so after a very
laborious process of downloading updates it seems to work now! So.. err...
yay! :-P
