XP runs like crap since SP2 install

XP runs like crap since SP2 install, tried all I know, checked hardware, all
fine. Pointer hangs, jumps, audio hangs, everything slow.

Yes, XP2 is good for that. I ended up formatting my c: and reinstalling XP
+SP1. and it works great. had to format, it wouldn't uninstall like MS says
it will.
