access denied!

there are some files on my pc of my sons that i cant get
into as its access denied is there a way i can look at
these files??we are both administrators hes only 12 hence
the check up!!

right click on the file.
go to properties->sharing and security->give yourself the full access to
file->click ok
and now you can read that file.
