Can't access the remote computers after installing SP2
Symptoms: you have two networks with different subnets, network A and
network B. After installing XP SP2, computers in network A can access XP
computers in the network A but not B, and computers in network B can access
XP computers in the network B but not A.

Cause: by default, the Exceptions of SP2 ICF allow File and Printer Sharing
within the LAN only.
