I have just installed a tv card which worked fine on my
other computer on win XP. However when a station has been
on for about 2 mins the audio cuts out. After exhausting
every other avenue, I watched my task manager running and
it's msmsgs.exe that starts exactly at the point of audio
cut out. I have tried uninstalling Messenger but for some
reason it starts up anyway. Please help, someone-ANYONE

I'm just guessing!
You are using Norton Antivirus, no?
If so you need to disable the messenger monitoring in it.
Though if you load Outlook Express the problem stays but does it only once
not every 2 minutes!

Hope this helps! Did the job for me.
