I don't receive all instant messages

When I am connected with the Internet Connection Firewall
(ICF) from WinXP, I don's receive some instant messages,
but when I turn off the ICF, MSN Messenger works
perfectly. Should I do any special configuration to my
ICF?.

Greetings Rodrigo,

Are you connected to a local Exchange IM service? If so, then the Internet Connection
Firewall must be turned off to receive messages, however if you're just using the public .NET
Messenger network, with or without the ICF on, it should work fine.
