Microsoft has finally let the word out that in most cases
you can make the voice work between MSNM6 and MSNM6 by
unchecking the DoS Packet Scheduler. So this by going to
Control Panel - Network Connections-\right click on you
ISP and go to properties-uncheck the DoS Packet Scheduler
