I've been having this problem with my laptop. I send a print job to a remote
printer. My laptop heats up and won't allow me to put it into hibernation.
I have to alt-ctrl-del and manually end spool.exe for it to hibernate and/or
cool down. I have been experiencing this problem ever since installing SP2
Any recommendations as to how to fix this?
