How do I stop Windows Messanger from automatically
starting when I open Outlook Express?

Hello Terri,

Go to Outlook Express.

1.Click on Tools > Options

2.Choose the General Tab and untick "Automatically log on to Windows
Messenger"

To stop this, close Outlook Express, then download and run this .reg file:
