Network Problem after uninstalled SP2

Hi
I got problem after uninstalled SP2,then can not connect internet and mail.
I have checked ping IP address replied.
However name does not.
I can see network computers,however can not connect to shared folder on
server.
Do you know how to fix this problem ?

I know that this is a stupid question ... but your server is running winXP
and did you install SP2 on it?

If by name you mean www.google.com (instead of 64.233.161.99), then it sounds
like your DNS server addresses aren't set up correctly.

Hello
This PC is not mine.My colleague's .
Network Setting properly also DNS set properly.
My colleague have checked ipconfig /all

I think I will advice to him 2 things.
1.netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
2.http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=817571

Do you have any idea ?
