No video or Audio Being Sent

When using the latest version of MSN or Windows Messenger
on both ends of a single PC to PC webcam conversation, my
video and audio is not sent. I see and hear the other
party, but they do not see nor hear me. My Logitech
camera seems to be working because I can see my PIP in
Messenger, and when I run the Tuning Wizard, video works
fine. Using Logitech software, the camera performs
flawlesslyl. I checked audio settings in control panel
and they appear to be set correctly to Logitech camera
for audio and voice. No firewalls or router on either
side.

Any ideas??
