outlook express

hav'nt been able to use express for a couple of days
now,i keep getting a pop up message saying it has deleted
an email with a file attached that contained a virus, my
computer is virus free as i ran a scan on it.every time i
try to retrieve emails,i get this pop up saying the same
thing all the time,can some one tell me how i can get rid
of it,i'm having to use another email at the moment

Greetings Chris,

If you just mean you can't reach your attachments (saying they're blocked), you can disable
this feature by clicking the Tools menu in Outlook Express, then Options, then the Security
tab, uncheck 'Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a
virus' and then click OK.

If this isn't the problem, can you be more specific about the exact message you're seeing?
