How do I change or create a new E Mail Name

I have been getting a lot of junk mail in my email and would like to change
my email name to a new one.
I hope someone can help me with this.

Hello Carl,

You can't edit or change your email name. The only way to do this is to get
a new email address.

and of course, if you're using this for your .NET Passport, you'll need to register the new
