When using voice on Windows Messenger(4.7), the other
party can hardly hear me. I have XP Home Edition. I have
run the Audio/Tuning wizard and the microphone barely
registers even though I have the volume slid right up on
high. I don't know how to adjust this as there is no
other provision. I can also hear my voice echoing with a
small delay in the headset. Please help.
Also, the other party, who is also using headphones and
has Windows 98 (messenger 5.0) has the problem of hearing
his voice in his own headphones. It is quite loud.
We are both from Australia and both connect to the net
using dial up modems.
