Application Error

Lately I have been having some problems where I get an application error
every time I close a program. No matter what it is I get the same type of
error stating: The instruction at "0x023a3195" referenced memory at
"0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the
program. How do I fix this?
