Windows SP2 does not include a native Flash Player.
You should download the following for free:

Free Software - Java Software for the desktop

Macromedia Flash Player
http://www.macromedia.com/downloads/

You may want to also install Macromedia Flash Player:

I know that Flash Player 5 used to come with XP original...
so I wanted to know whether there is any update on that front?
