How can I install support for Chinese language on my Win XP Pro SP2? I
have
installed support for it in Windows, but I can't see Chinese chars in
Chinese web pages using IE 6.

Go to Windows Update
http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/v5consumer/default.aspx?ln=en
then select Setting in the left pane, you should see some language option
for Internet Explorer.

But, those are only settings for Windows Update web site: in which
language it should show content. I would like to view this web page:
http://www.gdzh-l-tax.gov.cn/EasyTaxWeb/
but I don't see Chinese chars. :(

My mistake, enter the following command in the Run command
Inetcpl.cpl
then click "Languages">"add"
then select your language.
This might help. But this will only work if the web site offers content in
multiple languages.
Maybe somenody else has a better idea.
I know there are websites that will translate languages.
Here is a search link

Good Luck
