Click Start click Run and in the open box type shimgvw.dll and press ENTER.
Select a program to open this file and on the list of programs open
XP Fax and Picture Viewer.

rundll32.exe %SystemRoot%\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullsc reen

But unless you add a trailing folder or file name to that command
line, you can't do much with the app.
