A couple of things you might check. First open internet
explorer, click Tools, internet options and on the
general page, make sure that your homepage is set to
www.msn.com. This should start the correct page. From
here, you can click the tab for hotmail. More than
likely your son had previously selected to automatically
login with his credentials. Let him sign into email
normally, then click log out in the upper right corner.
When you are returned to the home page, click log in.
From here you will see a box to let you sign in again.
Make sure that "automatically sign me in" is not
selected. This will force you to be prompted for a
particular account so either person can sign in as
needed. Hope this helps.
