SP2 Installation - Access is Denied

I found Microsoft's solution to this problem, but unfortunately the solution
doesnt fix the problem... are there any other soltuins aviailable ?
Also, I am the adminstrator for the computer having the problem.

I tried all of those steps but I still get the problem.

Matt;
Did you carefully follow Step 4, Service Pack Installation Checklist?
Skipping a seemingly unimportant step is a common cause for
installation failure.
Especially use at least 2 of each of the tools listed in steps #7 &
#10.

Do not skip anything.
