How do i configure ICF & ICS on a Windows Server 2003 PC
to allow full functionality for Windows Messenger on a
Windows XP connected to it?

Greetings Peter,

Unfortunately the ICS (and ICF) in Windows Server 2003 does not support Universal Plug and
Play (UPnP) -- which is what Windows Messenger utilizes to get around NATs (internet
sharing). So I believe you're out of luck.
