After I log on to my account (xp home) i receive an error
message saying that "rtcimsp.dll" is missing. I tried
installing Windows Messenger 5.0 and the newest MSN
Messenger and it still doesn't solve the problems.
Does anyone have any ideas??
Thanks!

Greetings,
This is the Real-Time Communication API DLL in Windows XP (what Windows Messenger utilizes
for voice/video conversations).
Try this to repair it -- click Start, then Run, enter "sfc /scannow" and click OK.
After this is complete, see if the problem still exists.
