Possible to selectively delete restore points?

I don't think this is possible, you can delete all but
disabling and re-enabling system restore, you can delete
all except the most recent using Disk Cleanup or remove
some of the oldest by reducing the amount of disk space
available to system restore but none of these would
delete the most recent only.
