SP2 install problem - dll copy failure

Hi, I'm still trying to install SP2, the lastest problem is I'm getting a
'copy error' which says in part "setup cannot copy the file safrslv.dll".
It wants me to tell it the correct drive, but as far as I can tell it's ok.
Any suggestions?
